Questions before
your first class?
Walking into a gym for the first time should feel clear, not intimidating. Here's what most people want to know before they show up.
No. Beginners are welcome in the kids, Gi, and No-Gi classes, and instruction is built for students at every experience level.
Adults usually start in an Adult Gi or Adult No-Gi class, and kids ages 3–15 start in Kids Jiu-Jitsu. If you're not sure, tell us your goals on the contact page and we'll help you confirm the right first class.
Yes. Kids Jiu-Jitsu is for ages 3–15 and runs as both Gi and No-Gi classes through the week.
Yes. Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu is a Gi class on Saturday morning, offered through five- or ten-class packs starting at $100.

Class times vary through the week, with midday and evening adult options plus Saturday morning classes. The schedule page shows the current week in Central Time.
